One of the reasons I took this test was to be assessed under pressure, on a track, in a car. It's a good opportunity to learn from the instructors and get more comfortable with the real deal, having spent 99% of my time up until now in karts or simulators.
The test went well and I comfortably passed both the practical and theory examinations. The theory test was quite funny, you only need common sense to pass it. I learned a couple of flags I didn't know about before though, such as the national flag being used to signal the start of a race in the event of light failure.
With ARDS out of the way, I can now apply for a National B racing license.
